Proven leadership for district 1
Ken Waters is a veteran, father and business leader from Elkhorn running to represent District 1 on the Learning Community Coordinating Council, serving families across Elkhorn, Bennington and Douglas and Sarpy Counties.
The Learning Community oversees millions of taxpayer dollars dedicated to helping children and families succeed through early childhood programs, family support and cross-district collaboration. This important work requires strong fiscal oversight, proven leadership and a deep commitment to the community.
